He found great houses for us to look at and was super patient with us constantly changing our minds with where we wanted to look and what we wanted in our new home. If something was not quite right, he would let us know. He has a keen eye. He knows the business. He knows the pluses and the minuses. One time when we were viewing houses, Ryan could not make it. He was so involved and so helpful. He was on top of everything. He always answered phone calls or text messages. He kept us informed through every stage of selling our house. He walked through our house with us and gave us tips to get it ready to sell. He had very professional pictures taken for the listing. We received multiple offers on our house in the first week and he walked us through each individual offer and gave us all the information we needed to decide which offer was best for our family. He met with us prior to selling our house and made sure to find out everything we were looking for. He educated us about what the process was like and what we needed to do to get our house on the market. We took about three weeks preparing our house and then he listed our house. He had a professional come take pictures of our house and posted them on MLS. The same day he posted the pictures we had a really good offer. We cancelled our open house that was scheduled on the following day. We took our first offer and got $1000 more than our asking price. He made everything seamless.
